She began with the Settlement Administration division during its inception, and has been crucial to the department's growth and development. She has overseen numerous class action and SEC Fair Fund distributions, and consequently has an impressive understanding of the financial industry and settlement administration business. She is renowned as a leader in the field of process optimization, and is consistently recognized by clients for her thorough organizational skills and hands-on approach to class actions.

Sharon James - General Counsel & Head of Compliance

Sharon joined Boston Financial in the fall of 2000 and leads the teams responsible for legal, compliance and risk. Sharon began work at State Street Bank and Trust Company in 1992, providing legal support to its Securities Operations, Enterprise Risk Management and Commercial Banking areas. Sharon earned her Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and then went on to earn the degree of Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. She was admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Bar in 1984.

Carol McGrath-Pestilli - Senior Settlement Consultant

Carol joined Boston Financial in 1990 in the Mutual Fund business line. As Carol moved forward, she combined her financial industry acumen with her previous experience with engineering and mathematics to participate in numerous improvement studies. Carol joined the Settlement Administration team in 1995 and today acts as the Senior Settlement Consultant. She works closely with clients, spearheading Boston Financial's efforts in the early stages of the settlement development, providing practical solutions, options, and estimates.

Bob Frost - Client Service Officer

Bob has more than 25 years of financial services experience managing a wide range of operational and call center processes. He has managed campaigns involving as many as 1,200 customer service representatives. His leadership of the call center has been instrumental in expanding our service offerings with a continued focus on quality.

Jennifer Hilton - Client Service Officer

Jennifer's career began at Boston Financial in 1996, where her first-rate interpersonal skills and impeccable work ethic earned her several promotions. In her current role she oversees all aspects of project and relationship management with the highest levels of understanding and commitment. Each settlement serviced by Boston Financial is under Jennifer's direct oversight and she is responsible for exceeding the expectations of every client.
