George Costas - Managing Director

A member of the Boston Financial team since 2004, George currently serves as managing director of transfer agent support services. As position he has held since 2015, he oversees the operations of our transfer agent support groups including NSCC processing, financial intermediary administration, financial control, mail center services, proxy solutions group, and the Boston Financial event center. George has more than twenty years of experience in the mutual fund industry and has spent time at several large mutual fund firms including Federated Investors, Putnam Investments and Scudder, Stevens and Clark.

Liz D'Allessandro - Vice President

Liz started with Boston Financial in 1984 and has worked in various business lines of the transfer agent mutual fund services. She is an accomplished executive in the financial services industry with a focus in intermediary back office operations and best practices, service support and relationship management. Her current role includes managing the expectations for the industry's largest brokerage firms and trust companies for over 90 mutual fund clients.

Liz is renowned as a leader in the field of process optimization, relationship management, risk mitigation solutions, implementing new products and client mergers and acquisitions. Liz also leads organizational initiatives to promote employee satisfaction and develop collaborative cross-functional teams.

James (Jim) Lockhead - Managing Director, Support Operations

Jim has served as a Managing Director of Support Operations since 2011. Jim is responsible for day to day operations of the Financial Control Department and Mail Center which provide services to our mutual fund, 529 servicing, and retirement plan clients. Prior to this assignment, Jim served as Division Vice President of Client Operations from 2005 to 2011. Prior to his role at Boston Financial, Jim was a Vice President for six years at MFS Service Center where he was responsible for various transfer agent units. He has been an active member of NICSA since 1994. He served on the NICSA Transfer Agent Committee for eight years including two years as co-chair. He also is a former co-chair of NICSA's Annual Conference Committee and served for six years on the NICSA Board of Directors. Jim currently is a member of the company's Risk Management Committee and is chair of the Loss Awareness Team. Jim has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston.

Chris Fahey - Control Service Officer

Chris has been with Boston Financial since 2000 and currently serves as Control Service Officer. He is responsible for the oversight of a dedicated team within the Financial Control organization responsible for Commission and Asset Based Fee processing, including setup, change control, and executions. Chris is also responsible the Financial Control Administrator group supporting all divisional change control processing, new fund implementations, and Control related mergers and conversions. In addition, Chris manages the Financial Intermediary Payment Administration team providing validation and oversight of omnibus provider and recordkeeper invoices.

In his past roles, Chris was responsible for the management of Financial Control reconciliation (both Mutual Funds and TRAC).

Prior to joining Boston Financial, Chris worked in Commissions and Financial Control at PFPC. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
